Acceptance of Terms

  • All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, modified or withdrawn after placement, except where a Cash Out feature is explicitly available and activated by the user.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant sporting authority or governing body. For casino games, results are determined by the game's certified random number generator (RNG). Settlement is typically completed within 24 hours of the conclusion of an event. Winnings are credited directly to your Ekbet account balance.

System Errors

In the event of a software, hardware or communications failure that causes a discrepancy between the outcome displayed and the actual result, Ekbet will attempt to correct the error and restore affected accounts to their rightful position. Ekbet accepts no liability for losses attributable to such technical failures beyond the correction of the relevant bet.

Bonuses & Promotions Terms

Ekbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing users. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
  • The sports welcome bonus requires 8x wagering on qualifying bets with odds of 1.75 or higher. Accumulator bets may have modified wagering contribution rates.
  • Slot and casino bonuses require 20x wagering and may only be used within the specified game category (e.g. slots only). Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements — refer to each offer's specific terms.
  • Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts, exploiting arbitrage opportunities, using bonus funds to hedge bets, or any other manipulation of promotional offers — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds and winnings.
